O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to appear before the respondent police by order in Crl.O.P.No.11705 of 2020, dated 07.08.2020.

2. This Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.11705 of 2020, dated 07.08.2020 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.7,500/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the Madras High Court Advocates Clerks Welfare Association, within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. But the petitioner has not complied the condition within the time stipulated by this Court, thereby, the earlier order got lapsed by efflux of time. Extension of time cannot be granted to an order which has already lapsed by efflux of time.

3. Therefore, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
