O R D E R
Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition challenging the order order No.BAP:HR:RMX:LS:52, dated 10.08.2012 read with the Order No.BAP:HR:RMX:LS:52, dated 18.09.2012 passed by the 3rd Respondent and for a consequential direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider her representation dated 05.12.2013 and provide employment in the 2nd Respondent Undertaking to an eligible member of her family with all attendant service and monetary benefits.

Today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner had already sent a communication dated 25.03.2019 to him that she is not interested in pursuing this matter in view of the fact that a consensus has been arrived at between her and the Respondents herein. It is further represented that the relief sought in this Writ Petition has been granted pursuant to the order dated 01.04.2019 passed in W.P.No.9614 of 2019. The communication dated 25.03.2019 sent by the Petitioner is taken on record.

Hence, this Court is of the view that no further orders are required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed.
