By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Heard Mr.R.Kandasamy, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to grant permission for erection of party digital banner/ holdings and host of flag at Kulasekarapuram, Chinmaya Nagar , Chinmaya Nagar Busstop Koyambedu A Market Road, Somathamman Nagar, Sector-II Koyambedu Near Sivan Koil, Koyambedu, Kaliamman Nagar, 100 Feet Road Junction, Koyambedu Opp Krishna Sweets, Koyambedu North Mada & South Mada Street, Koyambedu Mettukulam PH Road New Colony, Koyambedu School Street, Koyambedu Thiruveethiamman Koil Street, Arumbakkam Jai Nagar, Arumbakkam and near K10 Police Station for two days on 14.3.2015 and 15.3.2015 4.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that if the petitioner remits the necessary amount, permission will be granted today itself (13.03.2015), in accordance with the procedures stipulated under the relevant regulation.
5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, petitioner is directed to pay the necessary amount and secure permission and also directed to strictly abide by the conditions.
