This petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to amend the cause title showing the 1st Respondent as Joint-I, Sub Registrar, Central Chennai instead of the 1st Respondent shown on the instant writ petition.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this petition is allowed.

3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue a fresh order copy on charges.
