Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2nd Respondent to regularize the Petitioners' services in the Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, from the date of the Petitioners' initial appointment in the post of Steno Typist/Typist, in the Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, with all monetary and service benefits, by considering the Petitioners' representation, dated 19.04.2018.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.) The prayer in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to regularize the Petitioners' services in the Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, from the date of the Petitioners' initial appointment in the post of Steno Typist/Typist, in the Tamil Nadu Judicial Ministerial Service, with all monetary and service benefits, by considering the Petitioners' representation, dated 19.04.2018.
2. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side.

It is represented on behalf of the 1st Respondent/Registrar General, Madras High Court that the representation of Petitioner, dated 19.04.2018, was rejected by the 2nd Respondent/Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, by his proceedings dated, 27.08.2018 and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
4. Inasmuch as the representation of the Petitioners, dated 19.04.2018, was disposed of by the 2nd Respondent/Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, through his proceedings dated 27.08.2018, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, if the Petitioners are aggrieved against the proceedings, dated 27.08.2018 of the 2nd Respondent/Principal District Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, it is open to them to work out their remedy before the competent forum, of course, in a manner known to law and in accordance with law, if they so desire/advised.
