ORDER

This application has been filed to grant leave to sue for the purpose of instituting the present suit as against the respondents 4 to 7/defendants 4 to 7. 2.The suit is filed for copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957. Though the defendants 1 to 3 are residing within the jurisdiction of this Court, the present application has been filed in respect of the remaining defendants 4 to 7 who are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 3.Though various reliefs are sought as against the infringing defendants 1 to 3, since certain consequential takedown reliefs have been sought as against the defendants 4 to 7, who are outside the jurisdiction of this Court, I am inclined to grant leave as prayed for.

4.Accordingly, leave is granted and this application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to move the second vacation Court.
