(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11697 of 2020 dated 07.08.2020.

2. Earlier, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners vide order dated 07.08.2020 in Crl.O.P No.11697 of 2020 directing the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate within 15 days or else the order shall stand automatically dismissed. The period of 15 days has been lapsed automatically and the order has also been lapsed. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
