Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2026/30.04.2026 and consequently direct the 3rd to 5th respondents to act as per the 2nd respondent's letter dated 21.04.2026 and handover the Primary Processing Centre (PPC) strictly in terms of the agreement dated 28.01.2026 with effective date as actual date of handing over.

By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2026 and 2/6
consequently, direct the respondents 3 to 5 to act as per the 2nd respondent's Letter dated 21.04.2026 and handover Primary Processing Center (PPC) to the petitioner.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation before the 5th respondent on 30.04.2026 pointing out certain deficiencies in the infrastructure created for Primary Processing Center (PPC) at Maduranthagam. He also requested the 5th respondent to cure the defects and handover Primary Processing Center (PPC) as per the Memorandum of 2nd respondent dated 21.04.2026. The said representation has not been considered by the 5th respondent, till date. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4. Mr.Gautham Raj, learned Government Advocate, who is taking notice for the respondents, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 30.04.2026 will be considered by the 5th respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court is inclined to direct the 5th respondent to consider 3/6
the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2026 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
