The learned Official Liquidator seeks permission to file an application before the Karnataka High Court seeking appointment of an Arbitrator with reference to a dispute between the Company in liquidation and the Government of Karnataka, to engage an Advocate to file necessary application before the Karnataka High Court and to pay the fees of the Advocate, who had appeared for the Official Liquidator in W.P.No.56088 of 2016.

2.Accepting the report filed by the learned Official Liquidator, this application is ordered as prayed for.
