The application has been filed seeking to correct a typographical error in the Original Petition, in the affidavit of assets and also in the order dated 01.09.2021. It had been stated that the measurement of the property should actually by 676.5 sq.ft, but it had been wrongly given as 681 sq.ft. 2.

In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that quite unfortunately in paragraph No.10 of the Original Petition, the area of the property had been wrongly given as 681 sq.ft, whereas it should actually be 676.5 sq.ft.

Notice had been directed to the respondents, but there is no appearance. But at any rate, a learned Single Judge of this Court had also granted probate by an order dated 01.09.2021. In view of that particular fact, the Application stands allowed. In this regard, amendment to be carried out by the petitioner in the petition. If the probate had already been issued to the petitioner, the same may be surrendered back to the Registry for the Registry to carry out necessary amendment in the said probate also. Correction to be 1/3

made in the Original Petition and in the affidavit of assets and fresh order copies to be issued after effecting correction. 31.07.2024 gsa 2/3
