[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.,] After some arguments, Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned counsel on record for petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Habeas Corpus Petition' [hereinafter 'HCP' for the sake of convenience and clarity]. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. Learned counsel on record for HCP petitioner reiterates the aforementioned endorsement but makes a request that all rights and contentions of the petitioner may please be preserved for other proceedings in any other Court / Fora / authority and also to come to this Court again with same / similar prayer, if there are other developments. Request for preserving rights in this manner is acceded to.

3. To be noted, in the case on hand, law enforcement authorities have not been moved by way of a complaint qua petitioner's spouse i.e., that she is missing. We refrain ourselves from expressing any view or opinion on this aspect of the matter.

4. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned HCP is disposed of as closed / withdrawn albeit preserving all rights and contentions of the petitioner or any other person concerned with the matter in the aforesaid manner.
