This petition has been filed by the counsel for the appellants seeking permission to take substituted service by way of publication/advertisement in one issue of Malai Murasu, evening daily on the respondent viz., M/s Agil Freight Logistics Pvt.

Ltd.

Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.

3. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. Proof of Service has to be filed within a period of eight weeks.
