ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 11832 of 2019, dated 29.04.2019, thereby directing the respondent to complete the investigation in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crime No.398 of 2018 and file a final report within a period of three months from

Cont. P. No.1228 of 2021 the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that originally the FIR in Crime No. 398 of 2018 was registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 120B, 420 and 211 of IPC. Subsequently, the entire investigation was transferred to the file of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram.

3. Considering the said submission, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram, is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
