Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on merits in the Revision filed by the petitioner against the order dated 12.11.2009 passed by the 2nd respondent in confirming the order dated 19.12.2004 passed by the 3rd respondent. O R D E R

The petitioner filed a revision petition before the first respondent challenging the order passed by the second respondent dated 12.11.2009. Since the said revision was not taken up for consideration, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for TASMAC, on instructions, submitted that the revision petition would be disposed of within a period of six weeks.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 1.12.2009 on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner is directed to cooperate for early disposal of the revision petition.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
