This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for police protection to the life and safety of the petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner the parties were called for an enquiry and they have been specifically instructed not to cause any law and order problem. Recording the same, the complaint given by the petitioner was also closed by the respondent police.
