2. Today, when these matters were taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the cases in Crime Nos.120 to 123 of 2013, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Pollachi and the same was taken on file. Subsequently, after trial, the petitioners were also acquitted from the charges by order dated 10.09.2013.

3. Since the charge sheet has already been filed in Crime Nos.120 to 123 of 2013 and the cases ended in acquittal, nothing survives for adjudication in these matters. Hence, recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, these Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
