This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.11687 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023, passed by this Court to report before the learned Trial Judge concerned on all working days at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11687 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Sub Court, NDPS Act, Cases, Chennai, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
