ORDER
This application has been filed to grant leave to sue the 2nd respondent/defendant who is outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.The suit is filed for declaration, cancellation and for recovery of money. The 2nd defendant is residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court at Gerugambakkam. The copy of the plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this application discloses the fact that the cause of action arises within the jurisdiction of this Court and hence, I am satisfied that the applicants/plaintiffs are entitled to leave to sue as against the 2nd defendant before this Court. 3.Accordingly, leave is granted and this application is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to move the next vacation Court.
