The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.7373/A1/2013 dated 07.07.2014 served on 21.07.2014 and to quash the same as illegal and incompetent and ultravires. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner's mother executed settlement deed dated 27.04.2011 in his favour registered as document no.2490 of 2011 on the file of the Sub - Registrar at Uthukuli. The second respondent made complaint before the first respondent seeking to annul the said settlement https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

deed. Thereafter, the first respondent issued the impugned order stating that since the Circular of the Inspector General of Registration dated 03.11.2011 in Circular No.67/11 has been stayed by this Court, cancellation of the settlement deed has been stopped. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the Circular of the Inspector General of Registration dated 03.11.2011 in Circular No.67/11 was withdrawn on 20.10.2017 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4.In view of the above, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
