ORDER

This writ petition has been filed completely with all misconception challenging the impugned order, as though the petitioner has been transferred out from one hospital to another hospital situated in a far away place. When the impugned order issued by the Dean of Coimbatore Medical College Hospital, the second respondent herein clearly shows that the second respondent has made an internal arrangement directing the five doctors including the petitioner, who is a Tutor in Casualty working in Ortho Department, to work in Trauma ward and the other four doctors, who are Tutors in Mobile Accident Services/Extension OP working in Trauma ward/Surgery Department to work in Ortho Department/Trauma ward/General Surgery Department, questioning the said internal arrangement made by the second respondent, the petitioner-Dr.K.

Gajendran has unnecessarily come to this Court wasting not only his valuable time, but also the precious time of this Court. Finding no merits whatsoever, this Court intends to dismiss the writ petition with exemplary costs. However, taking note of the fact https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

that no notice is served on the other side, this writ petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit, as the impugned order cannot be construed as a transfer causing any prejudice to the petitioner. Consequently, W.M.P.No.1938 of 2018 is also dismissed.
