(i) A.No.4020 of 2023: This application is filed to bring on record the 7th and 9th applicants herein as the L.R.s of the deceased 4th plaintiff as 9 to 11th plaintiff in in TOS. No.49 of 2010.

(ii) A.No.4021 of 2023:

This application is filed to pass an orders permitting the 7th applicant to represent for minor children 8th and 9th applicants/proposed 10th and 11th plaintiffs aged about 10 and 8 years respectively as their mother and natural guardian herein in the proceeding in TOS. No.49 of 2010.

2.Heard both sides. No objection from other side in allowing the said both applications.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, both the applications are allowed.

4.Post on 14.09.2023 after carrying out necessary amendment in the plaint.
