The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 120(B), 420, 465, 468, 471, 477A and 34 of IPC, in Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Pvt. Ltd, alleges that their employees are conspired and colluded together with the vendors to falsify records fraudulently, including perpetrated various acts such as modification of the date of Rs.1,93,21,080/- that was misappropriated by the accused persons A1 to A10. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that he was an employee in the above said company and he followed the instructions of his superior at the time of duty, and he relived from the office and now working as a Sales man in a Textile shop in Vaniyambadi Town. He would also submit that there is no specific overtact attributed against the petitioner and he is ready to comply with any condition imposed by this court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. T.V. THAMILSELVI, J.

4. Learned counsel for the intervenor submits that this petitioner was a manpower employee, deployed to assist the Recruit Team as a recruiter. He had admitted that he done the changes in the source of candidates from Direct to Vendor names, for which he had received Rs.2 lakhs. Hence, he strongly objected for anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would raised serious objection stating that the specific overtact of the petitioner is that the Clowkon Pvt, Ltd., company vendor sent an amount of Rs.2 lakhs to this petitioner's wife account on 26.01.2023. He further submit that the investigation in this case is still pending.

Considering the above fact and circumstances of the case and the submissions made by both the counsels and also on considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
