PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for all files and records pertaining to the impugned G.S.R.405(E) dated 25th June, 2013, and G.S.R.No.772 (E) dated 11.12.2013 from the office of the first respondent and quash both of them as illegal and improper and not in accordance with the provisions of Section 18(1) and (2) of the Explosives Act, 1884, by issuing an appropriate order.
