The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 494 and 498(A) IPC, in Crime No.19 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with A1 have harassed the defacto complainant and demanded dowry from her. Thereafter, A1 had married the another women with the help of these petitioners. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are the in-laws of the defacto complainant, there was a family dispute between A1 and the defacto complainant, a false case has been given. He further submitted that the petitioners are ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

msrm complainant and demanded dowry from her. He further submitted that the divorce petition and DV cases pending before the Court below, at that time, the 1st petitioner's son/A1 had married the another women with the help of these petitioners. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioners have involved in serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
