O R D E R

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1354 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, until further orders and sought to direct the petitioner to appear before any of the learned Magistrate in Tiruvannamalai District, Tamil Nadu. 2.It is now submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a practicing advocate in Tiruvannamalai District and he is facing difficulty in complying with the conditions. Hence, he sought for modification of the condition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai. 2/4

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner to appear before the XV Metropolitan Magistrate Court, George Town, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1354 of 2025 dated 24.04.2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai District, everyday at 10.00 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 24.04.2025 shall remain unaltered.

4.With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
