PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time for two weeks to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12918 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time for two weeks to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12918 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.12918 of 2020, dated 25.08.2020 directed the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate after lifting of lockdown. However, due to their illlness, the petitioners were unable to surrender before the concerned Magistrate. Hence, he seeks for extension of time.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioners shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.
