Heard Mr.S.Sadasharam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Venkata Varathan, learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The present application has been taken out to set aside the order of dismissal of Review Application No.141 of 2007 on 31.08.2017. This Court dismissed the Review Application recording the statement of the junior counsel on record that his Senior Counsel had passed away. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The specific case of the present petitioner is that he was not put on notice about the dismissal and even the death of the counsel. Under these circumstances, the said order dismissing the Review Application is sought to be recalled.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly states that he has no serious objection for the delay to be condoned and Review being heard on merits.

5. In view of the above CMP No.19777 of 2023 is ordered and Review Application No.141 of 2007 is restored to file.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve the typed set of papers on the learned counsel for the respondent on or before 04.08.2025. Post the Review Application for arguments on 13.08.2025. 31-07-2025 To
