ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation dated 01.05.2025 and provide protection for the petitioner, his family members and his partners of the company M/s.Aetram Business Solutions LLP, situated at No.113-134, Unit No.307, 308 and 309, 3rd Floor, Raheja Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai-600 002.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent and his accomplice, under the guise of public investors, had cheated and threatened the petitioner and his partnership company and had also damaged the properties. In this regard, the petitioner has given a complaint / representation dated 01.05.2025 to the respondents 1 to 3. Since no action has been taken on the petitioner's complaint, he has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3. 2/4

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
