No.1053 of 2020 dated 19.10.2020 that the petitioner is released on bail on executing a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- with 2 sureties for the like sum out of which one surety must be close relatives.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking to modify the bail condition imposed by Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur vide Crl.M.P. No.1053 of 2020 dated 19.10.2020 that the petitioner is released on bail on executing a bond for sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for the like sum, out of which one surety must be close relatives.

2. However, today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Marimahesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
