Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in a similar case, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.24693 of 2014, etc., batch, by order dated 28.06.2023,

had dismissed the matters and, therefore, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive.

2. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. K.SURENDER, J.
