PETITION under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring Sections 3(2)(i) and (iii) of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles (Regulation & Control of School Buses) Special Provisions Rules, 2012 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary dated 30.9.2012 as ultra vires beyond the rule making power and arbitrary in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
