This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 52 days in filing the above Revision against the order in C.M.P.No.3635 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Vellore dated 27.11.2017.

2. Considering the period of delay is only 52 days and considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Revision, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mr.D.Arul Kamaraj, as the counsel for the respondent at the time of admission itself.
