3.Considering the narrow scope, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties, the learned Principal District Munsif, at Alandur, is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.655 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
