On hearing the submission of the counsel for the petitioner and the Additional Public Prosecutor, it is seen that the property in issue seems to be a common pathway and accordingly, the petitioner has to establish his right declared by the civil Court with reference to the same in accordance with law. considered opinion, it is not appropriate to invoke the jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for granting police protection. In view of the same, the criminal original petition is dismissed.
