ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.11.2018, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2011, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This Court does not find any change of circumstances after the earlier order passed dated 26.02.2019.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the trial is at the fag end and at the stage of examination of LW.9 and the proceedings will be completed within a short time.

4. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
