Respondents The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant the monetary benefit of one bonus increment as per G.O.Ms.No.562, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 28.09.1998 with all arrears of pay and ungraded pension, by considering the representation dated 30.09.2014 within a time frame.

ORDER

When WMP.No.17201 of 2016 in W.P.No.7279 of 2015 petition being fix an early date petition was taken up, Mrs.T.Ananthi, learned counsel for the writ petitioner, stated that she now restricts the prayer in the main writ petition and confines the same to one seeking disposal of her representation by the first respondent District Collector. The representation is dated 30.09.2014 and that is at Page No.10 of the typed set of papers.

2. As the writ petitioner relies upon Government Order dated 28.09.1998 , writ petitioner now undertakes to give one https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

more copy of the same alongwith representation dated 30.09.2014 annexing the above said Government Order.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader does not have any opposition to the restricted prayer for disposal of the representation alone.

4.The writ petitioner shall give a further copy of the representation annexing Government Order, within one week and the first respondent/District Collector shall dispose of the representation in a manner known to law within four weeks there from.

5.The main writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
