ORDER

The petitioner/Transport Corporation is aggrieved against the award of the Labour Court directing the petitioner/Corporation to give appointment to the deceased employees' legal heirs after training, according to their qualifications, if suitable vacancies or posts are available.

2. Pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner/Corporation has passed orders, implementing the impugned award of the Labour Court through Memorandum No.079/PP(Administration)1/STC/2015 dated 20.02.2007.

3. In view of the compliance of the award of the Labour Court, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition.

4. Recording the submission of the learned standing counsel for the petitioner/Corporation, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
