(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police first and second Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5366 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11072 of 2020, dated 09.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11072 of 2020 dated 09.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
