JUDGMENT

Both the learned counsel on record along with their respective parties are present.

2.The mediation report along with the mediation agreement dated 05.02.2015 entered into between the parties is duly received by this Court, as per which, amicable settlement was arrived at between the parties regarding the issue involved in the suit. factum and terms of the compromise. As such, the mediation agreement dated 05.02.2015 is duly recorded and the suit is accordingly disposed of. The mediation agreement along with the mediation report dated 05.02.2015 shall form part of the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed. No costs. Registry is directed to refund entire court fees to the learned counsel for the plaintiff.
