Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certioraified Mandamus or ay other writ, order or direction in the nature of writ, calling for the records of the 1st Respondent passed in and by its proceedings in Na.Ka.675/2012/Aa3 dated 26.09.2014 confirming the order passed by the 2nd Respondent in and by its proceedings in Pa.Mu.1052/2004 A5 dated 24.06.2004 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents 1 & 2 to cancel the patta granted in favour of the 3rd Respondent. ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking the relief of quashment of the impugned order dated 26.09.2014 and a consequential direction to respondents 1 & 2to cancel the patta granted in favour of the 3rd Respondent.

2. Despite repeated adjournments and the matter having been posted on various dates, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner reports that no instructions, which clearly shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the petition.

3. Accordingly, for the reason aforesaid, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
