This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record the LR's of the deceased 3rd respondent. One of the legal representatives of deceased 3rd respondent namely his wife was already on record as 1st respondent. This application is filed to bring on record the other legal representatives namely minor daughters of deceased 3rd respondent as respondents 8 and 9.

2. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent filed a memo stating that the names of the respondents 8 and 9 are wrongly mentioned as R.Saranya and R.Surya by the petitioners instead of R.Dhanishka and R.Karthika. The memo is recorded.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered.

4. At request of the learned counsel for respondents 1, 8 and 9, list the matter on 30.10.2025.

13.10.2025 nr Note:Registry is directed to amend the names of minor respondents 8 and 9 as R.Dhanishka and R. Karthika in CMP and then, carry out the amendment in the grounds of appeal.
