ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.1868 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 506(i) of IPC and 3(1)(p), 3(1)(r) SC/ST(POA) Act on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dharapuram, Tiruppur District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
