Crl.M.P.No.15493 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.34166 of 2019 T.V.THAMILSELVI,J.

This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time for a further period of four months in order to comply with the directions given by this Court vide order dated 13.06.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.34166 of 2019.

2. As per the direction of this Court, the respondent taken steps to open the Zyber Crime Police Station and a tender has also been floated and the same is yet to be finalised. Hence, they need some more time to comply with the direction of this Court.

3.Taking into account of the facts and circumstances of the case and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

4. Accordingly, time is extended by ten months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
