(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect, as under:

" Withdraw the writ petition to file a petition before the Debts Recovery Tribunal under due process of law."
