But till date no steps have been taken by the petitioners to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased first petitioner. Further, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents that the first respondent is also dead. It can now be inferred that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
