The petitioner has sought a mandamus directing the 3rd respondent/Assistant Commissioner, HR&CE Department to pass orders in Na.Ka.No.3533/2019/A2 dated 13.07.2020. This Court had directed R3/Assistant Commissioner to pass appropriate orders after hearing the petitioner. Accordingly, an order has been passed on 11.02.2021 and a copy of the same is placed on file.
2. Recording the aforesaid, the mandamus as sought for stands achieved and this writ petition is closed. Learned counsel for the petitioner would point out certain fallacies in order dated 11.02.2021. However, that would constitute a different cause of action. Liberty is thus granted to the petitioner to challenge order dated 11.02.2021, if he so desires, in accordance with law. Connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
