Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to Na.Ka.250/2015 Mines dated 29.01.2016 as published in Krishnagiri District Gazette by the second respondent, quash the same in so far as it relates to Sl.No.54, 55, Survey No.665 (Part 1) and 665 (Part 2) of Kamandoddi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Bharath Kumar For Respondents -1 to 5 : Mr.B.Vijay, Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

Mr.K.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the sixth respondent and Mr.R.Ramanlal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the seventh respondent made a submission that the cause did not exist as of now. Therefore, no further adjudication is required in view of the said submissions of the learned counsel for the sixth and seventh respondents.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
