ORDER

The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Section 337, 340 (2) of BNS Act, 2023 and Section 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, in Crime No.73 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the offence committed by the petitioner is bailable in nature, therefore, the only option available to the petitioner is to surrender before the Court concerned and obtain bail.
