Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the 3rd respondent not to harass in the dispute between petitioner and his creditors which is civil in nature. For Petitioner : Mr.M.Easan For respondents : Mr.C.Emalias, Addl.Public Prosecutor

ORDER

These petitions have been filed to direct the 3rd respondent in both Crl.OPs not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in both Crl.OPs. and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. On a complaint given by Bindhu, Gopinath and Kannan, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall cooperate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
