Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein i.e., the Thasildar, Annoor Taluk, Coimbatore North - 53 to survey the petitioner's land property comprised in Survey No.131/1 of Vellamadai Village, Annoor Taluk Coimbatore District, measuring 3 acre 20 cent and thereby laying boundary stone for boundary demarcation on considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.06.2015 within a stipulated time. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and is in possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring 3 acres 20 cents in Survey No.131/1 of Vellamadai Village, Annoor Taluk Coimbatore District through a Release Deed bearing document no.2938 of 2014, dated 06.03.2014, registered on the file of the Sub Registrar, Periyanaickenpalayam. The petitioner for the purpose of getting patta had submitted an application dated 24.06.2015 and the respondent has also conducted inspection on 14.07.2015 and thereafter, nothing has been made and therefore, he is constrained to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.B.Ganesa Moorthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation in the form of reminder by paying necessary charges and the respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the same, in accordance with law and after putting on notice the persons concerned, pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as the persons concerned.
